Leducate Explains: What is...
We have recently started a new series of articles which seek to explain often complex legal terms so that anyone can understand them.
Our first, Leducate Explains: What is furlough is a good example of the kind of article we are looking for.
Articles should take a strictly explanatory basis, with no bias in the article. These articles are based at a wide audience but should be suitable for 16-18-year-olds without a legal background to understand. The article should not be longer than 1000 words.
Topics that we’re interested in are:
Areas of law - for example, ‘What is commercial law?’
Current news topics - for example, furloughing, Brexit
Summary of recent judgements - for example, how does a recent decision impact on current case law?
Others that you think would be interesting
