Georgia-Mae Chung

Georgia read law at the University of Nottingham and is currently studying the BPTC at BPP University Birmingham. After this, she hopes to undertake a paralegal role before applying for pupillage.

She has written articles on international law and human rights that have been published in the European Law Students' Association Law Review 2019 and the BPP Human Rights Journal. She has volunteered as a co-researcher for BPP's Streetlaw creating a presentation on criminal appeals to be delivered to current prisoners. Moreover, she has volunteered for the University of Nottingham's Unbarred Project to deliver a presentation on employment and disclosure periods to current prisoners. She has completed several mini-pupillages across the country, such as at Landmark Chambers and No 5 Chambers, as well as work experience in law firms, such as Berwin Leighton Paisner. Georgia currently volunteers for BPP's Employment Law Telephone Advice Line and has a history of work in politics and retail.
